Your Voice and Opinions

The people who design automobile selling systems, usually have one short-coming in common. They never, themselves, bought a car. They never faced the frustration and disappointment encountered by the average customer attempting to buy one. Being in the automobile business you drive an assigned car or "demo." When purchasing a vehicle for a family member you rely on accommodations, similar to doctors treating the family of other doctors without fee. They're never really in the shoes of a customer.

We have been, through our Complete Shopping Service. That's how the Fair Dealer NetworkTM got started. Not by virtue of our many years in the automobile business, but in response to difficulties we encountered during our own car buying experiences. We're still learning. This page is devoted to you, the car buying public. We will always want to know what you think. From time to time we will be soliciting your opinions on timely topics of concern to you and those setting directions for the industry.

You may offer your opinions anonymously. If you wish to include a return address, we would be pleased to advise you of the results of the surveys you have participated in. Return address can be entered following the survey.
