The people who design automobile selling systems, usually have one
short-coming in common. They never, themselves, bought a car. They never faced the
frustration and disappointment encountered by the average customer attempting to buy one.
Being in the automobile business you drive an assigned car or "demo." When
purchasing a vehicle for a family member you rely on accommodations, similar to doctors
treating the family of other doctors without fee. They're never really in the shoes of a

many years in the automobile business, but in response to difficulties we encountered
during our own car buying experiences. We're still learning. This page is devoted
